Best-Ever Layered
Bean DipIris flourish

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 12–15 servings

Ingredients

1

 

15-oz can Eden’s Organic Cajun Rice and Beans

½

 

cup salsa

½

 

cup sour cream

½

 

cup tomatoes, diced (I used yellow)

1

 

cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey jack, pepper jack, etc.)

1

 

small onion, peeled and diced

¼

 

cup cilantro, diced

1

 

bag corn chips

Optional toppings: black olives, chiles, avocado, lettuce


Directions

  1. Spread rice and beans in the bottom of a 9″ glass pie pan.
  2. Top with layers of salsa, sour cream, tomatoes, cheese, onion, and cilantro.
  3. Serve with chips.
