Best-Ever Layered Bean Dip

cup salsa
|

cup sour cream
|

|
cup tomatoes, diced (I used yellow)

cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey jack, pepper jack, etc.)

small onion, peeled and diced

cup cilantro, diced
|

|
bag corn chips
|
Optional toppings: black olives, chiles, avocado, lettuce
Directions
- Spread rice and beans in the bottom of a 9″ glass pie pan.
- Top with layers of salsa, sour cream, tomatoes, cheese, onion, and cilantro.
- Serve with chips.
