Walnut Raisin Focaccia Bread

cup Focaccia Bread mix (2 packages)

t rosemary

cup walnuts

cup white raisins

cup asiago cheese

olive oil

- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Place raisins in bowl and cover with water. Let sit for 20 minutes.
- Combine water and focaccia bread mix. Mix thoroughly.
- Turn dough out onto floured surface and form a 9″ circle.
- Rub top of circle with olive oil, then layer cheese, raisins, rosemary and walnuts.
- Bake for 17 minutes.
