Fig and Caper Tapenade

Directions
- Pour boiling water over figs and soak for 30 minutes; drain.
- Combine figs, olives, oil, vinegar, capers, and thyme.
- Place goat cheese on a platter and cover with tapenade. Serve with crackers.
