Dress Up Your Drawers
Are your lipsticks, lotions, perfume bottles, and brushes in a jumble at the bottom of your vanity drawer? If so, we have an idea that will help you rein them in with a touch of elegance and vintage style.
There is no prettier way to organize a catch-all drawer than antique lace. How? Start with a band of lace that’s about 4–6″ wide. Beginning at one front corner of your drawer, secure the lace in place from top to bottom with decorative upholstery tacks. As you unroll your lace band, space additional tacks at intervals along the side of the drawer, leaving “loops” of lace that will create pockets in which to prop your beauty products.
