cup seedless red grapes, halved

cup pecans, toasted

- Grill chicken breasts over hot coals until cooked through.
- Allow to cool slightly, then chop roughly (you should have about 4 cups chopped chicken).
- Combine chicken, grapes, pecans, and mayonnaise in a large bowl and toss to coat; add salt and pepper to taste.
