Tuna-Avocado Pitas

cup cherry tomatoes, halved

avocado, diced

whole-wheat or gluten-free pita, halved

Directions
- Toss halved cherry tomatoes with 1 T olive oil in a skillet and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Toss cooked tomatoes with tuna, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Spoon mixture into pita halves and top with diced avocado.
