Cheese Plate w/ Horseradish Jam

Ingredients

oz prosciutto or salami
|

|
|
cup toasted nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans)

|
baguette, sliced or torn into bite-sized pieces

½
|
|
cup berry jam (raspberry, strawberry, blueberry)
|

|
|
T horseradish (more or less, depending on your tolerance for heat)

Directions
- Arrange cheese, meat, nuts, and bread on a serving platter.
- Mix together jam and horseradish in small bowl and add to platter.
