Peas & Wild Rice Pilaf

Directions
- In a large saucepan, combine brown and wild rice, water, 1 T oil, and ½ t salt.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, cover, and cook for 50 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rice with remaining ingredients. Stir gently to mix.
