Michelle: What a handsome face Baxter has! I would be hugging him all day!!!
Paul. Hazel, Sophie, and Beauregard are so beautiful. It looks like they are just smiling for the camera. And- Wilma, the sweetness.
Thanks girls.

Meet Teaka. She's a 10 month old English Shepherd. We adopted her from a family that is moving to Colorado and can't take her. We found her on craigslist! She's getting to know the other "family" members. (2 dogs and 2 cats). There has only been 1 fight so far. That was over a chew bone and the mini dachshund won! We got her as a companion for our autistic son. They've been stuck like glue since we brought her home.

Marianne, Yes, he is a Choc Lab! He has been a bundle of energy since the day we met him! Oh, my goodness! He loved to chase birds for years, he would be looking in the sky while running in circles! He has hip issues now but with meds we seem to be keeping him still active! This morning I opened the door to send him out for his morning bathroom break and tour of the premises..it was drizzling with rain, he stuck his nose out the door, backed up and gave me a look like are you kidding?! haha He is soo funny!

We don't have cats because my hubby doesn't like them on the vehicles, so that is one battle I just choose not to fight but somedays I wish we did! All your kitties are soo sweet!

I've often thought that Clyde and Otis look a lot alike too. Otis showed up first and was extremely shy tomcat. I'm not sure if he was around a month or more before I was able to trap him in a crate to take him to the vet to get fixed. The morning I got him in the crate, I set the crate outside the barn door to carry him up to the truck once I was done taking care of the horses. While I was feeding horses, I started hearing a lot of meowing, but it was not coming from the crate, it was coming from across the snowy field. I stood there at Otis' crate outside the barn door and looked across the field, and saw a little figure making its way through the snow straight at me. It was Clyde, who I had never seen before, came right up to me, and climbed up on Otis' crate (with Otis inside). And he never left our place after that. That is when I started believing I lived in some kind of kitty vortex.

MEWolf, the whole herd picture is so pretty, looks like a magazine photo!

Here is Baxter barking at the birdhouse, our Donkey and the neighbor's Donkey, at the fence checking out all the commotion! Animals are so funny!

Penny,
Your dog and horse have such sweet faces. What are their names? The pig is a riot and yes, the ducks are very cool, too.

Marianne, its a little quiter right now, we shipped last years calves a few weeks ago, but we start calving in March and we pretty much live in the pens and the barn for 2 months. But I sure do love seeing all those babies running around.
