Tara -- it was strange -- some years there were what seemed like millions and then the next year hardly any. Kind of like locusts, I guess.

Today my hubby and I leave for our 50th Anniversary Trip up the coast of Oregon for a few days then on to the Mountains in Sisters, Oregon and to meet a few Farmgirls. I am so happy to meet farmgirls I have not met yet, it will be so much fun.
I will post photos when we are together on Sunday.
Have a beautiful weekend everyone and I will touch base with y’all when we return next week sometime.

Happy anniversary Debbie! I always joke that the first fifty years are the hardest.
Our previous foreign student visited last weekend with her parents and brother, and today we're picking up this year's students at the airport.

I am sorry to hear about Graces hubby's hurt back. That sounds miserable and I hope he is on the mend and will be feeling much better very soon!

I've had a scratchy throat,runny nose, feeling weak, hoarse voice for a few days. Now I can't smell.
To top it off, my daughter who I saw on Sunday, says she has COVID.

Vanessa, praying you and your daughter have a swift recovery.
It's cooler today so even with MS fatigue I feel better. A pot of soup on the stove and plenty of crackers what else would a Farmgirl want.

Vanessa, I just got over Covid last week. What a miserable virus it is !! My husband and I picked it up on a trip we were on to Alaska. Apparently several other people were sick with it too during the same time. I hope you get to feeling better real soon!

Vanessa I hope you and your husband get better soon. My bestie is recovering from her fourth case of covid. I'm getting my covid and flu shots Saturday. It seems like this thing just isn't going to leave us and we're going to be stuck with it forever.
