Love those quilts Judith!

Vanessa - I'm amazed that you do that by hand!

I'm still stuck on the C2C crochet (thanks a lot Krista LOL!)

This one is a bit smaller than the cup but still too big for a coaster. I'm working on a Christmas one now to see how it turns out. Might make it into a pillow for gifts. I'll show you when it's done :)

Grace, thank you for the ideas! Now to figure out how to sew a bag lol!

Judith, your quilts look amazing.

You're welcome Heather! What stitch are you using? A double crochet? If so try using a half double crochet and chain 5's instead. It makes it smaller and tighter. That may help you get the size you are looking for. Your heart looks great!

Oh Krista, super easy.. next time in town, hit one of those $ stores, and buy the simple bag, then deconstruct it and use for a pattern...
Or..
cut a, 20" x 40" rectangle, and with right sides together, sew up each side...then sew the sides again using a zig-zag stitch...
at the top, fold over the raw edge 1/2", iron it flat, then fold again, 1 1/2",, iron and sew...
Then cut 2 4-inch by 22" strips, fold RST, stitch each then turn right side out, iron flat.. I finger tuck in the raw open ends and press...
Then pin in place to the bag, sew a large 'X' and then a square around/over the X to keep the handles in place.

Don't forget to embellish your tote bags,,, with,,, YOYOS....

Michele - those are wonderful!

Krista - now why didn't I think of that?!?!? (Smacking my forehead LOL!) Thanks for the tip. I'll try it next. The one I'm working on now might be a pillow so it's alright that it's big.

Those look so pretty and handy. I wish I'd known about them back when I was going to potlucks.

Heather, I love that you are hooked on corner to corners! They are so much fun. I am so close to having my next one done. I need to print out some more patterns and keep up my pace.

The latest quilt top for the guild. I made as many variations of this star as I could think of. Fun!

Yes it does Judith lol! I have 12 more I want to make. But after my next 3 I will lay them out to see how large it is and decide if I am going to still make that many.

Another wool felt project done!!
Now I just have 1 more to finish up..

This wee wool felt trailer, about 8x10 cm is heading to Simi Valley California to an old ‘thick as thieves’ friend who just got herself a wee (newer) Glamping Trailer...

Krista - you could always make smaller blankets for the kids with the extra squares.

Grace - those felt projects are wonderful! I bet your neighbor and friend will love them!

My santa had a bit of a wardrobe malfunction LOL! I don't have the pictures off my camera yet but as soon as I do I'll show you :)
