It's time to sign up for October Mail Art 
If this is your first time signing up for Mail Art, please visit the topic Farmgirl Mail Art under the Farmgirl Swap heading to read our guidelines. Then leave a comment on that post if you want to participate and I will contact you.
FOR OCTOBER, please leave a comment on this thread stating you'd like to participate. Sign-up is available through October 15th. If your comment appears after you've posted it, that means you're on the roster.
Portia (ptroupe) has chosen this month's theme and it's pumpkins. We could have a whole lot of fun with this one!
I will send an email with your partner to you on October 16th. Please send your Mail Art before October 31.
A couple of things to keep in mind:
1. Traditionally, Mail Art has been "secret"; part of the fun is receiving a surprise package from a surprise partner. I would encourage you not to tell your partner who you are until a reasonable amount of time has passed for them to receive your art.
2. Please be sure to include enough postage for your Mail Art to reach its destination :)

Sign me up as I love pumpkins... I grow Atlantic Giant pumpkins and this year was my third year and I reached my personal goal of 1000 lbs, actually God helped me out and it was 1026.5 lbs...

Yesterday I got my October Pumpkin mail art. I love it! The pumpkin and tag are on my desk at work where I show them off to everyone. The name on the box was covered, s I only know she lives in Moscow, Idaho.

Oh no I guess I goofed up because I put my return address on the package with my mail art. I am so sorry. This was my first time participating with mail art, but the next time I will do it properly. Christine.

Oh no, you did fine - we put our names on the packages when we mail our mailart. In fact, I took a closer look at my box and the stamp was from Longview TX. Thank you Sherry for the pumpkin!

| On Monday I got an absolutely beautiful quilted pumpkin wall hanging in the mail. I saved it to open with my Grandmother who is 94 and gets a kick out of my Farmgirl adventures. She & I both marveled over the fine work that went into this piece. I was truly touched by this special gift. Photo to come when I can figure out the technology! |

Kristi, I received my package today and absolutely love it! I love the colors you used with the pumpkin. You are soooo talented! I am going to display it throughout Thanksgiving. I love to decorate for the holidays. Thank you for being such a great swap partner. I love Mail Art!
