I was putting our Nativity up yesterday and I asked Natalie where all the pieces were, I had forgotten that we were dog sitting a year ago for a friend that her husband was very ill. AJ- the beautiful doxie chew our pieces. It is looking very slim, we have Mary, Joesph, baby Jesus, a cow, a donkey, a shepherd and one Wiseman. He chewed probably 6 pieces! Oh puppies are so silly!!

Winnie, My mom said, my granny bought it in the 1940's so close to the same year as yours. The sheep were mine from a farm set when I was little.
That tree looks like a postcard!

Every Christmas we treat our birdies to Dried Cranberries and Shelled Sunflower Seeds and Squirrelies to Walnuts in the shell. It is fun to watch how many they can get in their mouth and then they go bury them! Every thing is frozen over his morning (only a high of 29 today) Brrrrrrr!! My DH, put leftover salad croutons on the tree ledge feeders and they are having a feast!

| Oh I wish we were cold!!!!! We are suppose to get a cold front for a whole day - errrrr at 55 degrees :/ One day we will live somewhere we can get snow! 70s and 80s just does not feel like Christmas to me :) |

I found those boots at a thrift store for $1.00 . . .just like that. I love them because they tell a story of someone who wore them and worked hard! I'll never change them. They are too big for me but I use them to decorate my house and they go on EVERY Glamper adventure my daughter and I go on. They socks are warm and cozy but they are wool and a bit scratchy!

Cj- I love love love the boots- I might just decorate with a pair of my dads boots....if my mom will give them up :)
Just worked a long day at the store and not many customers- snowy and slippery out today, going to work on some Christmas stitching before bed.
