I will get back to you as soon as I can...I'm kinda up to my...ummm...neck...that's it...in alligators!
I did a rough page estimate last night...almost 100 pages! This will obviously be smaller as I do the final formatting, but so far the numbers look great. I'll do a final count for each category and repost an updated update! Hopefully tonite.

All received recipes are now entered and here is the update. I sure hope they are all categorized correctly...some were difficult to place. If you sent recipes but never received an acknowledgement from me, PLEASE let me know.

Thank you Melanie and others as well. I've enjoyed doing this very much and it's sort of my way of saying thank you for all the wonderful advice, ideas, inspiration and friendships I've taken away.
I sure hope you'll all be pleased with the finished product.
With the exception (I think there's just one...lol) of Libbie's cake recipe she is trying to get for our book, I think we will close the submissions for now so I can start the formatting to ready it for printing.

I am getting emails with regard to ordering the cookbook which is great...I'm so happy to be able to share it with all of you. We need to hang tight for a week while I compile it into a printable format, do a final page count, get postage rates, etc. etc. So...I will post information with regard to ordering ASAP. I know lots of you are excited, so I will get it done just as quickly as I can.

Hey Diane, you've got loads of time - no one is putting you to a deadline. There is plenty of time for for us to get them all for Christmas, which I think is our main goal?
To save you time and effort of mailing a bunch of little packages, do you want to think about having a quantity of them sent to a couple of people to help mail them out? I will volunteer if you want to ship a box to me, with the addresses and quantities to mail on to others in the U.S.
Again, thanks for all your efforts. Don't be afraid to ask us to help in some way if we can.

I wish I had seen this post earlier - too late to put in recipes now, but I sure would love a copy of the book. When you go to the post office, could you find out how much to post to Australia? Pretty please!! I saw the cover design in another post and the whole thing looks so fantastic - congratulations all involved!
