I was wondering if any here are recipe zaar members?
If so we should try eachothers recipes.
Excuse me if this has already been discussed,I'm pretty new on here.

Love recipezaar. Get lots of great recipes from the site, but I haven't posted very many. Been making a wonderful bread machine recipe from there for the past few days.

10-11 oz. warm milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter melted
1 1/2 tsp sugar
3 cups flour (bread flour...I used unbleached all purpose 2c. and 1 c. whole wheat flours)
1 tsp salt
2 tsp bread machine yeast

Put the milk and melted butter in bread pan. Add the sugar. Dump in the flour then make three shallow wells on top of bread and put the salt in one and the two teaspoons yeast in the other two. Do not let the salt and yeast touch. Set to basic settings with a medium crust.

This bread raised so high when I made it with the unbleached 3 cups of flour that it hit the top of the bread machine. I tried the WW mixture to try to prevent this and it worked.

Enjoy!

I have tried some recipezaar recipes -- my favorite for Christmas gifts was Chocolate Chai Snickerdoodle Cookies -- they were so good! And I'm now fielding requests for the recipe from family and friends. It's a keeper!
