When someone wants to join a chapter, do they have to have an official Sisterhood membership? I can't remember.

Can they join, and just not apply for badges and certificates (and be included with everything), if they wish not to join the sisterhood itself?

No, they can join your chapter, they can't get on the Henhouse.

Our chapter does not have a henhouse. I was told there was no server space for any more, so we just post on Chapter Chatter.
