Thank you, my secret sister for the cutest Lucy card!! ~vitameatavegamine~ Too funny!! :)It made me laugh right out loud!
As you asked, some of my likes :D
I am a big stitcher. I like embroidery, cross stitch, and sewing. I love anything farm-y and collect John Deere everything. :) I also collect fairies. I have lots of penpals and love stationary, notecards, and stickers. Butterflies are another favorite. I'm a thrift store/yard sale junky and I love anything 80s retro. (Are the 70s retro yet??lol)

Oh my goodness. I am loving my secret sis. She is so sweet. I got another surprise today. The most beautiful little star fish Christmas ornament with a skating scene on the front. It's so pretty. And all in one piece, too. She's a good packer. She lets everyone know on the packages that there is something that is breakable and they better be careful with it. And they are!

Thank you, thank you, thank you secret sister. What a wonderful package you sent. The bag was great, such quality, you are truely talented. The chocolate was divine, can't wait to read the book, perhaps while I'm enjoying a long bath with all the nice bath smellies you sent. The little cross stitch kit is too cute, saving that for winter. The letter was nice too, you really outdid yourself! Even my eleven year old grandson was impressed, lol.

Wow,
I just got home from vacation and there were gifts from my secret sister.
A terrific tile about pretending to be normal that is soooo me.
Also, a beautiful vintage embroidered dresser scarf.

I just wanted to say that I am truly enjoying sending things to my secret sister, however I am yet to recieve anything from my secret sister. However the feeling I get everytime I send a package out to my sister, hoping it will make her day, is worth every minute of it!!

Just wanted to let you know you are in good company...no word from my SS yet but really enjoying send "goodies" out to my sister! It is better to give than to receive - though it can be good fun to receive sometimes too :-).
I would rather sit on a pumpkin and have it all to myself, than be crowded on a velvet cushion.

Secret Sister, I got your lovely card the day I found out my uncle had terminal cancer. It sure made a bad day better. Thanks for being a blessing.
For MY Secret Sister -- I apologize for being slow. I found out my uncle was dying of terminal cancer on June 17. It had pretty much invaded everything and he deteriorated very quickly. The last three weeks have been trips to the first nursing home, VA hospital, moving his things out of his apartment, breaking the lease, and then moving him to the last nursing home where he died July 8. Yesterday was the funeral. Please know there is something coming this week.
