Its all up to TS and IF I get my chores done on time seeing how she IS my ride... although I'm sure I can find a broom somewhere... haha!
My thought/quote of the day: From.... Henry Ward Beecher

Hmmm...I'm pretty common....

ROFL! Chicken hell: Col. Sanders with a pitchfork? heeheehee! Sorry about your chick Dawn, that is a hard thing to contemplate, taking a life is never easy, maybe it is a good thing that the Creator took it back into the fold. *hugs* Wish I could'a been at Spring Fling, I would have had the best sunburn ! I'm so darn good at them!

I hear the exasperation in your "voice". I know because it was the same annoyance for me this morning when I went to butter my breakfast, and my husband used all the butter, but didn't refill the butter dish. He could at least put the butter dish in the sink to be washed. He does it ALL the time. That and shrink my clothes. I have ONE (1) nice blouse to wear that he hasn't done that to. This is one of those, "just walk the other way" days. AND why won't he take the clothespins off the line when he takes clothes off the clothesline, or fold the towels the way they fit in the shelf? Go figure.

LOL Well husband and I had a huge fight via Messenger and phone yesterday, but I think it was productive. I am sick of being supportive of his obscure hobbies but having him scoff at my hobbies. I listen to him talk about his hobbies and would help him when he needs it if he would let me. I asked him to do one little thing and he dropped the ball like always. But I think I finally got through to him.

Hey, I'm a scorpio!! What are ya sayin' exactly?? Here is my DH story - Friday night I was super tired, haven't had a Monday off to clean house all month, the floor was gross so I got down and scrubbed it - not two hours later John drags the ice cream maker in while I was out in the garden and proceeds to make ice cream, dripping salt water all over the floor - seriously 5 wet towels worth - in the process, so I got down on the floor and scrubbed it again - bleh is right!! Hope things work out for you two Alee!! The grandbaby just went home and now the in-laws are coming so I will check back in later Amy Grace

Good morning Mavens, been awhile since I've been on computer. Sounds like the Spring Fling was a grand success, might just have to make that my vaca next year. Way to go Dawn! All that yard saleing and wine drinking is right up my alley. I've been real busy in the yard and garden and putting my glamper together. All the painting is done and I was up at five am yesterday making the curtains for it. After putting all the suplies away I did manage to spill paint all over the garage floor, so that was lovely to clean up. We've had some really good rain lately and waking up this morning after raining all night always smells like I'm camping. Love it! TS- I think it's great you are going back to school. I had done that for many years off and on just to keep my mind fresh and learn something new. The medical field I feel is in real need of people in all areas. Wish you well on that adventure. Amy- sorry to hear about your tomatoes. I won't let my hubby anywhere near my yard anymore as he wacks everything down. I just looked up and read your "use it up, wear it out, make it do, or do without" and it made me giggle thinking about the hubby as the it. Shame on me. LOL

Hey girls -
Sorry I haven't been around the past 4 days or so but I was in the hospital with pneumonia! Yes and Dawn it was nothing to do with last week-end unless you can contact pneumonia by laughing really hard and enjoying yourself!
