We made our graphic for our farm and are having Tee shirts made today to sell at the market (with all our nude produce)!

If your interested in one, or having a graphic made for your farm, let me know. My DH is a whiz at this stuff, I am so proud of him!

That looks great Heide!

So many simple joys and blessings today. Our landlord planted 3 dozen Nanking Cherries and 4 Austrian Pines on the property we rent. A friend gave us a new shaker style kitchen table and bench, and another friend blessed us with a dozen of Farm Fresh Eggs :)

Great graphic Heide. My simple pleasure was transplanting half of my tomato plants this morning from the ponies into pots. I really like having my hands in the dirt. Growing plants keeps me in touch with "the source" of my supply. My chickens quit molting and I got 9 eggs this morning. My sheep are finally "on speaking terms" with me again after being locked in the barn and sheared on Tuesday. A great day so far.

I have been wanting to repurpose huge Apple bins (WA is the leader in apple growers) to use as raised garden beds. When I finally found some free ones, our truck broke down. For the last 2 months my DH has been trying to keep his sanity while changing out the motor (the truck is a big'un, so it was a heavy duty job).

Yesterday morning the truck was road ready and by noon he was on the phone with the orchard. By 7pm last night, I got my boxes!!! yeah, Today my simple joy will be loading them with rotten straw/hay and prepping them for their new life as my giganto-pots.

I will be sure to add a pic when they are in their glory.

That I had a wonderful weekend at our annual church marriage retreat, and when we got home there was a letter from the hospital saying that they are dropping the rest of the charges for my emergency appendectomy, and also today somebody is looking at one of our properties that we have on the market :)

My simple joy I try to do everyday...I go out side close my eyes turn my face to the sun feel the warmth, breath deep and Thank the Good Lord. When It rains I just get a little wet.

Trust me you won't melt in the rain! If you did I'd have a well sculpted body cause I'd stand out there till I got it just right!

LOVE your simple joy, Jean! Today's simple joy for me (so far) was my sweet baby girl saying, "I'm gone to school. I love you, mommy!" Hearing my 17 yo daughter, who I tangle with most days, call me "mommy" makes my heart smile!

Finding out that I might not have to sew 8 bridesmaid dresses after all - she found a commercially made dress she potentially likes. The jury is still out but the potential of ooodles of time I can spend elsewhere is mind boggling. I vote for the dresses purchased.
