MissWhit this is so funny! My hunny comes from Millinocket and I grew up there from 6th grade to graduation. The I returned to Gardiner where I was born and lived there for 15 yrs more. Now I am back in the woods...having spent 10 years in Rockwood and 6 in Greenville and am probably moving back to Millinocket again before snow flys. My son lives in Hallowell and my daughter in Charleston (Maine) and my mum in Rockwood and my nana in Greenville. And originally we were ALL born in Gardiner or Augusta!
And you are right there is water water everywhere here. :D
Wow! Your whole family really hails from Maine! That's great - we won't have any family remotely close to us when we move, but I suppose that's okay - we'll find family substitutes...So glad I'll have a fellow farmgirl close by!
