You guys, thanks for the compliments on the food, I knew you would have the sweets covered & when I heard someone else had bbq, I just though I would bring some sides. Last night after I got the sheets on the bed, hubby took a shower & climbed into bed. He goes much earlier than me(he gets up at 3). Well when his head hit the pillow, he went "Oh yeeaahh" He loved it., so I laid down next to him & fell asleep. Well this was not good, as I had not fed the girls yet(my goats). I woke up at 12:30 & freaked out cause I hadn't fed them yet. I ran outside, took care of them, & came back in & went right back to sleep. Well I woke up this morning & realized I slept the whole night in my jeans!!! The power of miss wilma's pillows!!
I sure hope I get to come down for the orchard sale. It will all depend on if I can get hubby to take care of all the animals. I mentioned it to him & he seems OK with it. He gets a little nervous about it when I am not around. Maybe I'll bring my flute.

Hey girls. I'm hopping on here and off. Wilma, if you want to, you can email me the photos and I can resize them and post up a couple. That way they aren't too big on here.

Lordy bee...you gals don't need to be worrying. I guess with all the standing and sitting, my little ole legs swelled up. I've been to the doc for it and had tests done and thankfully everything is fine. I'm taking water pills but yesterday I didn't take them. I didn't want to have to be at a booth and it hits me to go tinkle. :-p haha.

4th of July - the all American way...delicious apple pie by Jonni, good friends, great conversations, memories to last a lifetime, oh and some shopping and selling!!! :) I can't wait!

I think it's that weekend, Donna, if I'm not mistaken...I believe Miss Wilma said the 5th, which would be Saturday...nice long weekend for those of us who will get that Friday off from the "salt mine" as my daddy used to call it :)

Carol Sue...one day you will make it here, or we'll make it there!!! We wanted to "include you" so we made the sign--sorry it wasn't that legible...when only armed with a pen you have to make do :)

Miss Wilma - I wrote you on another thread about the birthdays, but if I could get a good birthday present, it would be to get to your farm )or go to Moscow Idaho!) I have met MaryJane, now I would love to meet you!

I've had sick kids and am just getting a chance to hop on to read everyone's posts. What a wonderful time you all had.

Gorgeous cake - and farmchicks :)! Lisa, that made me laugh about feeding the goats - that has happened here with our horses before too - not due to Miss Wilma's great pillows though. It sounds as though a great time was had by all - including the husbands.

I'm soooo excited - unless something unexpected happens, we will be in KY during the time of the next get together in July. It would be so nice to meet you all.

:o) Thanks Jonni! I am more excited... just nervous about the birth process... I'm planning to go natural with no epidural... I just don't want to deal with the long-term effects of it (migraines) and I want to feel when I need to push.

I can totally understand how that would make you nervous. It will all work out and over before you know it (let's hope :P) I'm just waiting on the photos!!!!

Cecily I LOVE the name I hope you have it as easy I did . I had three children was never in labor over an hour and they just kept getting bigger, My last son was the easiest , my poor husband said I know its easier on you but I sure hope its not another one of those fast trips well I had one pain and he was born, dumb me I raised up and said what was that, I didnt even have a doctor. He weighed 8lbs and 12 ozs, I found out a big butt does have advantages, now dont you be frightened just stay calm and every thing will be super, I was scared with the first one but it was overwith before I knew it, Let us know and send pics

Cecily, Cooper is such a great name! Good for you for going natural. I did for 2 of mine - the best thing for everyone. For my 3rd, I just didn't think that I had it in me to go thru it. I gave into the epidural - and ended up with 15 medical staff in the room due to complications that I'm quite sure would not have been there had I stuck to my convictions. All that to say...."YOU CAN DO IT!!!!"

Wilma, would a tent in your backyard be ok? Are there killer mosquitos? Jonni - do you have the bug spray :)!

This will be fun. We are such "no fuss" people, and I'm totally fine pitching our own tent and sleeping on the ground! A shower is nice though :)!
