ROTFL!!! you gurls are having too much fun with out me, I'm coming up there :P
I'll be bartender for the holiday soiree, and make some REEEEEAAAAL good chocolate milk :P
Try melting Cowgirl Chocolate and mixing it with that milk =D

Teresa, yes, I will send you pictures of the Vera Wang gown. Not sure, but think I deleted them but will take again. And the little evening purse that matches I found last week. I have other designer clothing I've been lucky enough to find over the years. I supposed I should put them on eBay, not ever going to wear them myself and I surely won't be cutting them to repurpose.
And yes, it is my responsibility to rescue orphan textiles. The lady from one of my favorite thrift shops saw me in Walmart today and made a point to come over and wish me a happy T-Day. She calls me if I don't come in for awhile and if something wonderful, like a quilt, comes in. She prices the linens and knows what I love to buy. A year or more back, she had a huge beautiful yellow and lavendar yoyo quilt...thought I would balk at $100 and it would sell for triple that on eBay.
As to hair color, my dark blond/light brown gets grayer all the time...and I earned every one. Mother had her hair red for so many years, I don't think anyone remembered her with any other color.
Heather, be sure to pack warm clothes...going to be cold here. Highs in the 40's the rest of the week. Strong winds here all day, with made it seem even colder.
Early bedtime tonight, my manager and I both worked hard today putting out lots of toys and games at one Walmart. I doubt if she'll stick around too long tomorrow before heading back to San Francisco. Tis the season for toy reps to work hard!! And I feel crappy, asthma that rarely ever bothers me is acting up big time.

Carol Sue, being a red head is as much a thing of attitude as hue, so yes, you are in the club  cuz you are feisty and full of good sassy red headed spirit.
As for you Ronna, bring that travelin' yard sale up here and quit teasin us, times a' wastin and I've got cash in my pocket LOLOL!

jessie did i say hills i meant the mountains and i could get away cause they are gonna have snow soon, i did a 180 at the top of the pass a couple of years ago(lots a foul words) almost hit the snow bank from the plows they closed the pass within an hour after we went over. fun memories

Make that cold Reno...mid 40's today only. Because I'm not feeling well, it seems ever colder. Heather, call me if you get a chance tomorrow or Friday, can at least say "Hi".
Should I just take pictures of everything in my house and storage that needs to go away and let you lovely ladies pick and choose? Much of it I'd love to live elsewhere for the postage costs. Really, it's become overwhelming to me.
I'm headed for bed, have three sore cracked fingers that need to soak in Bag Balm or such all night...working with cardboard in this cold weather takes it's toll.

Ronna, take care of those fingers. Have you tried Lotril? or shea butter in spa gloves? mine crack all the time when it gets dry up here, poor girl! I hope that you feel better soon. Keep hydrated. The cold and dry will take it out of you.

its freezing here, the kids turned off the heater in the living room/kitchen. and they dont seem to have a reason why. so now i am playing catch up with the heater and snuggling down under blankets to get warm.

thanks carol sue glad ya liked them. boy dont they grow so fast? somedays i wish theyd hurry up and get over being a baby so i can have freedom and other days (like when they are napping so sweetly at the same time) I wish they could stay little forever because I know when its all over I am going to miss their little snuggly baby selves so much. Funny how wishy washy little ones can make a grown woman.THought youd like the low down on the baby goings on....Levi said his first word this passed week. Tori is finally warming up to my brother and now yells "Uncle J" at the top of her lungs the whole way through walmart (boy was i glad she wasnt in my buggy. levi took two itty bitty steps and plopped on his bottom but two steps took my breath away...Tori colored her first turkey and then wrote all over her bedroom wall.
It is getting colder here. I hung out the clothes in my scarf, earmuffs, gloves, and ski hat. Didnt wanna freeze anything off lest I have to wait til Spring to find it. brrr!!!!
well, im getting long winded, so i best to scoot. Y'all take care!

Yep, kids gr0w up pretty darn fast, and sure d0 understand the dilema 0f wanting them t0 gr0w up a little m0re and yet n0t wanting them t0 leave the stage that they are in. Just enj0y the m0ments as they c0me.
And y0u c0uld try getting th0se warmers and use them all 0ver. Y0u w0uld be 0ne h0t mama!!!!!! I cann0t believe I said that 0ne.....l0l
