We haven't done a henhouse swap in a bit so I thought this one would "bee" nice. We all know how important the bees are to us. You can send whatever type items you like sticking to the bee theme.
We will have sign ups until July 12th.
I will then post partners July 13th.
Mail no later than July 19th.

Two sad bee stories. A local man ordered bees, almost $500 worth. They arrived fine, he put them into the boxes??? Within a short period of time they were all dead!
The day of the explosion that ranked 6.4, (the first big earth quake in Cali.),the bees in Death Valley area began to die!
If the bees did how will people feed themselves??? |

Well I went to the Post office to mail Winnie's package.
I also had a package notice.
The sweet lady told me the package had gotten wet, damaged and the postal workers in Ft. Worth had wrapped it in plastic, hand written my name on it and sent it on its way.
Anyway when I got to the car and looked it was from Winnie.
This is what she sent me.
She sent orange blossom honey, a towel with the bee colors and yo yos, a pot holder also in bee colors, a cute bee coaster, a vintage post card with her message on it and a find a word puzzle book. The postal lady thought something inside the box had broken...but I did not find any broken items. Oh yes salt water taffy, which I really love, was also in there with an English breakfast tea bag. Thank you Winnie! I love it all...wet or not. The post card and puzzle book will dry out as will the cloth items. Thank you. |
