Shirley...that dinner sounds wonderful!
We had chicken pot pie, and a big green salad with everything in it tonight.

We had beef stroganoff tonite
http://www.livingonadime.com/recipes/beef-stroganoff.html
(hint spend a little extra a get a really good cream of mushroom soup.
The first time I made this I used Amy's cream of mushroom soup I had gotten on sale... it was so good.
This evening I used store brand cream of mushroom, it was good, but, Amy's made it so much better!)
It's still a good recipe whichever way you make it.
