Was it the realtor's fault that the deal fell through? I hope some better buyers come along quickly. Your place sounds fabulous so I am sure some wonderful people will want to buy it!

Hi Alee-no, it was with their financing. But, a bright side-during this another couple looked and we found out they are very interested, but have a home to sell. They seem a very good fit for a small home with lots of land. It really is a beautiful place and even though the house is small it is in very good condition. It was on the market a year before we found it so I was thinking most likely that would be our time frame too and we're only into it 6 months now. Thanks again for the hugs and support-gals! :) I'll keep you posted. Ellen :)
Ellen, that is so disappointing but there must be a better house in store for you. I like your little shop ideas. May all your dreams come true!

Ellen- I am glad it wasn't the realtor's fault. I hope the new couple gets their house sold soon! Selling and buying houses can be nerve wrecking can't it!
