Hi, I am wondering if anyone uses a corn burner for heat?If so can you give me any hints, before we buy one. They seem to have a broad range of prices, and perks. Thanks Nancy |

I have never heard of them before. I will have to do some research on them...

Hubby and I looked into them. If you grow your own corn they would be fantastic. We don't but have a lot of trees. Went with traditional wood stove instead.

We don't have one, but I have seen one at a place, on our way to town. They have it enclosed this year, and park a covered gavity box next to it, and have an auger going from the gavity box to the burner. Pretty handy looking. Michele |

Good friends have one. They're real worried about the price of corn this year.
