Farmgirl Connie shared information with me recently about Dotee dolls and how they were made. I went and looked at the last doll swap done here recently and thought I would like to host one. Dotee dolls are supposed to be handmade and simple so please keep that in mind. Let's do a summertime theme . I am excited to host this new project for the first time!!
Sign ups will be through July 4 and I will post partners on July 5. Please mail out to your partner on July 16.

Woo hoo! I got my summer Dotee doll from Winnie. She has her angel wings and I am going to call her Angel. I love her. She came wrapped in an old hankie with yarn bow and there was a nice postcard with her. The postcard depicted women with their sewing crafts in front of a tent.
Thank you so much, Winnie. Your Dotee will be mailed tomorrow. I hope it doesn't take as long as your Christmas item that I sent. It took a side trip to Ohio. I'll send you the tracking number as soon as I send it. I hope you enjoy her.

Judith I'm glad you like her. I wanted to do Something Garden themed for you in Sunny California!
I have my Dotee Dolls from swaps hanging on the corkboard on my desk. I love how unique each one is, different styles and shapes. Mine are still a little too big, my hands are so stiff, that's the reason, I did get this one smaller than the last one! LOL!
