I had to go to the Diabetic Doctor Thrusday.
He is well pleased with my Blood Sugar readings. and
my weight lost.
I have lost 9--1/2 lbs. since Dec.
I have lost almost 60 lbs. or a little over since about a year ago.
Yippee
I hope I can continue to loose weight and not gain it back it is so hard . Especially being Diabetic.
