Does anybody have a good recipe for Italian salad dressing? I've tried one that I found in a cookbook I have, but it didn't turn out anything like Italian dressing!! Maybe if somebody had some suggestions I could manage to formulate one.... Thanks!

Sorry hit the wrong key here,

1 1/3 cup oil 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 cup vinegar 1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup parmesan cheese 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
fresh parsley 1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 clove garlic 1/4 teaspoon basil
1 Tablespoon honey

Combine in blender: cover and blend until smooth. Makes 1 3/4cups.
This is from The Basics and More cookbook.

Thanks for the recipe - I will keep it handy. I don't have one for Italian dressing, but I do have
a really good one for Greek Dressing if anyone is interested.

That sounds wonderful, Michele! Thanks, I will have to try it! I like a lot of different salads, so I'd love to try your Greek dressing, Chris. I have a recipe for a dressing made with sesame tahini if anyone would like it.
