Right now I don't have any more subscriptions, too broke!! But once in awhile I'll buy Hobby Farm, Mary Jane's Farm, Countryside Journal, or Real Simple ( at the Library) I used to get Country Home, but lately have been kind of tired of the same ole same ole decorating advice, and reading about people with 6 figure incomes who buy "country homes" to live in during the weekend or summer vacations. I want to read about people who Live the Country life every day. I think Martha Stewart, although she has some nice ideas, is way out of my realm of decorating.

I'd rather live my life with a "full plate" than an empty one. Life is not a rehearsal... eat up!

I subscribe to BH&G and cottage living, although the BH&G I'm allowing to run out...just not my thing. I picked up a copy of Junk Market Style and was hoping to subscribe, but they only published the one issue. I also subscribed to Artist's Sketchbook, but that, too, has gone out of publication. >sigh<

I used to be a magazineaholic but have trimmed back. I still love Country Living, used to adore Victoria, still pick up Home Companion when I think it is worth the high price. MJ's when I can find it, Sage Woman, The Herb Quaterly, Herb Companion, Country Living Gardens and some specialty mags, although I have to say the prices of magazines are very high compared to what they used to be.

I subscribe to Countryside & Small Stock Journal and Mother Earth News. I'd love to get more, but money is very tight right now. I sometimes check out Southern Living and Organic Gardening from the library. One library branch has a freebie bin - sometimes there are tons of goodies and sometimes not (Southern Living, Country Living, Country Home, Guideposts, Woman's Day, Family Circle, Good Housekeeping, Ladies Home Journal, National Geographic, Parents, etc.).

Hubby subscribes to Longboard and Surfing. I sometimes read those as well.

Sorry I didn't see that you asked me a question! It's a really good magazine on sustainable living-- green building design, organic products for the home and sustainable gardening as well. I really like it.
