Oh my, Judith . . . such beautiful and intricate work you do. And, I looked carefully, then did the math. Each of those little half square triangles is an inch square, right? Talk about working in miniature. WOW!! I love working small too. What is this class you are taking?

I have not had much spare time, but did get a few projects completed...

I made another coffee press jacket and some cute winter wall hangings... The blue one is for my nephew-n-law who is from Finland,, the red one is for my daughter.

That is gorgeous Judith.
Three years ago I made a pinwheel quilt with a Star Wars theme for my daughter's shower gift when she had our youngest grandson.

Jean -- My class this year is making little quiltlets from the Simple WhatnotsII book by Kim Diehl. We pic one a month to do. This one was supposed to have a different appliqué in the center but I had orphan blocks from another abandoned project so I used one of those in the center instead.

Grace -- I spy a Featherweight behind that French press....

I love my Featherweights! Which reminds me I need to take my 222 to the shop and have it rewired for 120. It was one of those road trips postponed due to covid. It's now time to get it done.

Everyone's projects look great! I've been plugging away at my denim quilt, with a short time out to fix the worn out feather pillows my sweetie got me 40 years ago. Seems like yesterday....
The old material was ripping, so I got new ticking and sewed the pillows the same size. My sweetie held the bag while I transferred the feathers. Now they're ready for sleeping, drooling, lolling etc.

Judith and Grace, your projects are so cute! You have been busy.

Vanessa, that’s awesome you have been able to keep those pillows for 40 years. Great job.

I have been working more on my advent calendar. I didn’t finish last year and really want it done for this Christmas. I already found some adorable Christmas books to go in each day for us to read to the kids. I need to finish the boarder and finish making the pockets.

Yes, Vanessa, you so indeed get the "Longest Living Pillows" award just like Judith said. LOL.

That is so cute, Krista. Your children will love it!

I finished an Advent Calendar over the weekend. It is one I have made before - A 3-D bowl of decorated fabric cookies backed in felt. You can put all the cookies in the bowl and every day take one out and put it in a pocket, or you can put a cookie in each pocket and every day put one into the bowl. This is nice because there are two ways to use the Advent Calendar. I have made this before, and I usually put the Star cookie in pocket 24 to be put in the bowl last.

I have another Advent Calendar panel that is already cut out and 2-3 more Advent Calendar panels to cut and sew. I am still thinking of just selling the uncut panels for someone else to finish. LOL! If I get them done I will post.

Judith -
I still would like to get a 222 Featherweight; where did you find yours? I have two 221 machines.

I'd love to find some feather pillows. I like to be able to scrunch up my pllow. LOL!

That's a super label. Can someone use their machine and make some? I'd use them. LOL!

Linda -- I got it on eBay about 20 years ago. It's usable with a transformer but blows light bulbs. In addition to that machine I have a white one and two black ones. I gave my daughter a white one for her birthday and a black one to a friend for hers.

Jean, I absolutely love that saying lol! It’s so true.

Linda, I love your advent calendar. It’s so cute! I like the idea of using it both ways.

Grace, my dad always buys those chocolate advent calendars. He bought them every year for my brother and I and now he buys them for all my kids. They definitely aren’t German chocolate though lol!
