Omgoodness, Krista, too stinkin' cute!!! I love the drawers and cap!! The heart is beautiful!!
Grace, I don't think uou ever take a break do you? You've got the most active hands in the west! Lol!!
I just finished up 2 wood shelves for my greenhouse! I started them last year but then broke my wrist and then my shoulder froze! I was in a pickle for sure. Garden got neglected and my shelf units were cut out but not put together. Praise God, my wrist is a little stronger, and mobility is coming back in my shoulder. I made one shelf unit with chicken wire to accommodate the seed starter trays and the other solid to put my other plants on. Now I'm working on mosaic- ing 3 stones to fancy up the entrance to the greenhouse! I'm so happy I can move and work again!!

Krista - love the hearts! And the little deer is too cute for words. You're friend is going to love it!! I don't notice a difference on the square beads from farther back. Up close they're hard to see the picture clear but I remember thinking the same thing on the santa when I was working on it.

Denise - you should look for a diamond painting like the one my mother in law is working on. It's a big picture but only a little bit of it has the dots on it. I'll take a picture for you so you can see what I'm talking about.

Grace - I hope you were outside soaking up some of that wonderful sunshine while you were working on all that stuff. I love your bear :)

Dianna - I'm glad you're able to get some things done now! I'd love to see your stones when they're all done. Your greenhouse sounds wonderful! One day I'd love to have one too :)

Besides working on my diamond painting I haven't been doing much crafting.

These are the shelves and stones. I still need to grout the mosaics and move the other shelf unit to the greenhouse! I'm so happy. Granted rhe hubs has been gone again almost 4 months but I SURE LIKE PLAYING with his tools!! Lol!! Big boy toys!
Heather, diamond paintings? Never heard of or seen them! Where have I been all this time???
I used old broken polish pottery for the stones. Been carrying all that around for years now since Europe! Time to put them to good use! :)

Krista that deer outfit is so endearing! You are so talented! My goodness gal I hope you will post a photo with baby in it when you can.
Your hearts are really cute also. I love to cross-stitch but I can't count and I make mistakes often. I hate frogging but have to at times. I mostly stick with my sewing.

I am working on a crochet afghan for a friend who had a wedding this month.

Her wedding colors are the herb green and metallic gold. I am filled the rest in with stripes of yarn from my extensive stash. I often combine a fingering weight yarn with a sport or worsted to get the right thickness or to use up the yarn. The focal green strip is two strands of the green and one strand of the lame (lamay).

Denise - here's a picture of the one my mother in law is working on. You only put the dots on the flower. You can see she's part way done with them. The overall picture is pretty big but the area to work on isn't. I think you'd have better luck finding something like this than to find a not so kid looking small one.

Marie - what a wonderful gift - is that wooden thing in the picture your crochet hook? I've never seen one like that before if it is!

Dianna - I can't wait to see your finished project!!! I'm late to the diamond painting thing too -but be warned - they're very addicting!!! It takes a while to do one but I love them.

Dianna, great job on your shelves! I’m excited to see your stepping stones when they are complete. I bet you are feeling so much better now that your wrist is healed and you can be busy again!

Heather, I agree. All diamond paintings a blurry close up. And a half drill diamond painting is a great place to start. They aren’t childish. My mom just completed her first half drill and I helped her frame it the last I was at her house. It was a gorgeous wolf with a sun set in the background. She only diamond painted the wolf.

Grace, I would really love that! It’s crazy to know that we have gotten to know each other so much over the years and still haven’t met! We definitely need a tea or wine date and crochet.

Beautiful afghan Marie!

So many busy ladies! I love it! I finally finished the four leaf clover garland and was able to check one more item off my UFO list.
