Yes! And I need to announce that Sheryl-lyn will be joining the "TEAM" and will be offering her editing services! I am so excited! I worked on it for about 2 hours last night. Once I get this first issue done the rest should be MUCH easier. The setup issues are a lot more difficult than I imagined! But I am plugging along and I still think I will make may selfimposed deadline of March 15th!

Julie: After grading some of my 7th graders essays tonight, I am excited beyond belief to work with an adult! :) I usually put a little checkmark on each line that has an error in spelling, grammar, mechanics, etc. and on most papers, I was putting a check on EVERY line. Time to take the little rascals back to the drawing board again. Kids just don't read much anymore unless I force them, and it is truly showing in this generation's writing. And if I see the word ALOT written as one word one more time, I will put myself half way out the classroom window and slam it.

All kidding aside, it will be fun to work with you.

UH OH! Now the pressure is on! I can't promise I'll be much better than 7th graders but I do know that a lot is TWO words!

No pressure at all. Usually the first thing parents say to me when we meet is, "I was horrible in English and my writing is terrible!" They are afraid to write to me for fear of the dreaded RED pen. I rarely use red; I prefer green. :)

Anyway, I am excited to work with you and you have no worries with me being a perfectionist. My goal is to help you make the best product possible, that's it. You be creative and I will do the mundane stuff.

I have to say that this is very good for me. Having been a writer and editor in the past, I miss that part of my career and this will be just what I needed to stay fresh.

If you need anything, let me know.
