LOL! I think we are all in the "finishing up projects" mode. LOL! My dining room table is still a disaster, but I need to move things to put the binding on my DIL's present.

Hadlee said she could get her Cricut to cut the letters for the pillows Baylee wanted...but then she got a case of goitus. Go to a party, go run errands for her mom, go to another party, go to a movie with her mom and aunt. So I drew the letters, cut out my card stock patterns then drew around the patterns, cut out the real letters, laid them out and pressed them. It took three times as long. They turned out cute and not too large. She has so little space she cannot have big anything. Now if Baylee could find time to come by and tie the tulle and fabric around the ring that SHE is making as a gift. My son keeps finding jobs for her to do. She took both of his trucks to get inspected and went to get his tags the other day. That took most of her afternoon. Oh well, if she doesn't come it won't be finished...because Gran has things to do also. I did get my gifts wrapped, and more cards mailed today...family and local friends this time.
Do you ever wonder if your own mother was this busy before Christmas? I know that mine was busy, but I was a kid and oblivious to her activities, I guess.

Most presents are made/bought. Need to check on one item at Aldi's for Ed to get the twins.

Table needs to be cleaned off or we will be eating on our laps - which HAS been done before. LOL! Though not on Christmas.

Marilyn - I so know what you mean, though I don't have kids here I have a bit of go-itis my self. I keep getting sidetracked with short shopping trips, finding another unfinished project, ending cards, etc. LOL!

My husband is the one who loves to go and he loves Wal mart on Christmas eve. I guess he enjoys the hustle and bustle of all those people trying g to find last minute gifts, or groceries.
Yesterday Hadlee, he and I went. We had lunch, mailed cards, picked up a package, and went to Wal mart. I am sure we will have a grocery run on Saturday...and that will make him happy.

Wow, you are ahead of me. I will cut my fabrics on Christmas afternoon. We are doing all of our Christmas activities on Christmas eve...between noon and 4:00pm, because we must share Baylee.

My puffy envelopes went out today. Hopefully you will all get them SOON! I COULD have sent 20 squares of cat fabric, but not sure you are all cat people, so I limited cats to 3. LOL!

Linda, I got mine. Thank you, nice fabric. I would have liked the cat fabric. Dogs too. Maybe we should do a cat and dog swap! I have mine cut. I need to press and they will go out Thursday.

Good idea - Cats and dogs could be the next swap after the music squares. Maybe one 10" square of cats and one of dogs for the 2 squares.

I will mail my squares this weekend. I just need time to cut and stuff into envelopes.
Linda I have not been to the mail box, I'm too lazy and its too cold, -25 windchill this morning and I just can't motivate myself to go out the door, not sure why?
