Hooray, hooray, summer is on the way! Let's get busy with June Mail Art 
If this is your first time signing up for Mail Art, please visit the topic Farmgirl Mail Art to read our guidelines. Then leave a comment on that post if you want to participate and I will contact you.
FOR JUNE, please leave a comment on this thread stating you'd like to join in. Sign-up is available through June 15. If your comment appears after you've posted it, that means you're on the roster.
This month, our theme will be "In the Good 'Ole Summertime". It's such a wide topic and can be interpreted in so many different ways. For our challenge, let's use the color orange. And as always, if the theme/challenge isn't right for you, feel free to make what your heart desires.
I will send an email with your partner to you on June 16. Please send your Mail Art before June 30.
A couple of things to keep in mind:
1. Traditionally, Mail Art has been "secret"; part of the fun is receiving a surprise package from a surprise partner. I would encourage you not to tell your partner who you are until a reasonable amount of time has passed for them to receive your art.
2. Please be sure to include enough postage for your Mail Art to reach its destination :)

also........if one of ya hasn't received your art from me for May....as we cant say names...........it IS coming !!! We've had MAJOR flooding here in TX and cant get out to post office yet.....storms are supposed to be done by Mon or Tues and I will send it out then.......It's ready, just need to be able to get to post office. God Bless and pray for us that the flooding stops !

Count me in, too! Seems that no matter what I've got going on, I just can't pass up a chance to hop into these things! Gives me an excuse to keep a mess of crafty things around and another fun thing to look for in the mail.

Hello all my crafty friends around this great nation! I'm looking forward to another monthly mail art project which for me serves as a respite from daily tasks.
I hope this isn't out of place for me to say, but I think we should really stress the importance of acknowledging receipt of our gifts. Everyone seems to be very conscientious about sending their art, and most are wonderful at posting and sharing. But for the past two months my mailings have not even been acknowledged as received. It's not necessary to post a photo, but we do need to know that our packages arrived safely. I hate to think of them gathering dust in some USPS warehouse somewhere, or lost in a Texas flood!

..............I'm late in saying this........but I DID mail ya a thank ya card !!! ha. so........to tell everyone else----thanx so much for my May Art ya made me. I absolutely LOVED it and was just perfect. I love embroidered and vintage/antique and the pillow cover ya did is awesome. The timing was spot on too.....as I was in major need of a small pillow to use on a desk of my Memaws' that is very antique. HUGS-
