I love pincushions, and have a number of them that I've purchased, made, or received in swaps, but I've never found one like this before.
She is porcelain, about 5-1/2" tall, with a small pair of scissors and a small spool of thread. The only pincushion part of her is a small half-ball shaped spot on the top/back of her head. There are no markings on the bottom.

Oh, Linda she is Beautiful! I have been collecting Vintage Pin Cushions and Sewing Notions for years and have never seen a treasure like her. Great find!
