Ugghhhh....I found an exquisite pair of Stiffel brass lamps at a local thrift store last week.... with one lamp horrifically tarnished and I just can't seem to get the tarnish off. I've used Brasso so far....and I have to tell you it just ain't happening.

Any other good tried and true suggestions would be greatly appreciated-

Melody

Melody you have used "Exactly" what I would have suggested...The Brasso.

Why don't you google it? I am sure you will find a million suggestions there.

Good luck my Friend!

Try making a paste of baking soda as a cleanser. I know this works for silver and it may work for brass. Test it in a place that isn't obvious before you decide.
