Juanita, hope you are feeling better soon.

Grace, love the aprons and hangers. Your little quilt is so cute.

Finished the fishing pole. It is all clean and new line and ready to drown a worm. Another UFO done. Check!

Am now working on a pair of socks I started who knows when for DGS.

Feeling the force of the Farmgirls!!

My husband's band rehearses every Sunday afternoon in our small apartment. The neighbors do not mind at all. There are several musicians in this building. During this time, I hide myself in the bedroom/sewing room and get things done. Today I did a few things:

This pillow case had a tear in it. I just folded the tear on the inside and sewed it all around. Good as new.

I made three drawstring bags for my beginning crochet students. I will make the drawstrings while I watch TV. The top one shows the bag inside out, the next shows the finish on the drawstring case and the last is the finished bag.

This is a table runner I received from a farmgirl. I cannot use a table runner, so . . .

I folded it and cut it to fit my

laptop. I will finish the raw edge, put in an all around zipper and handles and put a small pouch in the inside to hold my flash drives. It will be neat. The best thing is, I have all the materials in house.

Count me in too! I have just set up my quilting station again and have 1-3 quilts I'd love to finish before spring planting!

Thersa and Marie... way to go!
Yep, every little stitch, every little 'finish' gets us one step closer to completing a UFO!

Dena, adding you to the list, of us UFO'ers! lol!

I have started with 2 cross stitch projects. One is of 6 mug rugs that just need the backings on ( not sure why I set aside something almost done) and the other is a patch for a sweatshirt. Hope to get these done this week and find the next project that needs finished.

My first step is done! I cleaned the craft room yesterday! I couldn't even walk around the table. I had stuff piled up everywhere! Now the floor is clutter free, it's vacuumed finally, and I have a good surface to work with. What to start on first??

Erin, what a great craft table.

Marie, your laptop cover is really neat.

Drum roll please. I have finished all 4 luggage tags with merit badges. I like the way they look hanging on the wall waiting to be used.

Before I tackle another UFO I want to make one of Grace's potpourri hanger.

I learned yesterday that I have 4 not 3 students in my beginning crochet class tonight. No problem! I just made another bag. Here is a picture of how they turned out:

Here is my check in with what I have done.

These are the certificates I make for my crochet classes. I made twelve.

This is a cross stitched bookmark my sister (Audra Rose) made for me. I have finally sewed a felt back onto it.

There will be more next time.

Glad you're back Grace and had a good time with the grandkids. Now that our #1 cheerleader is back I better get busy with another UFO. It's cold and yucky outside so it might be a good day to tackle restringing the pottery birdhouses to hang in the back yard.

Give ME A "U"
Give Me A "F"
Give Me A "O"...
What does that spell? UFO UFO UFO
lol! maybe this would have had more impact if I had a set of pompoms...lol!

ok, I have been cleaning and conditioning my 'New" "old" Singer 221 Featherweight sewing machine,,, tomorrow I will play with it ...

In the mean time, the only thing I have managed to finish up, and so easy peasy... was spray paint an old cast iron trivet.

I started another project (like I don't have enough unfinished ones)...I spray painted an old Silverware box, then laid lace over and spray painted over the lace... now to go through my stash of cast off jewelry and ribbons to Bling it up... I'll post a pic when it's finished...

I found a sweet little drawer pull and some little wooden buttons (for feet)... I can hardly wait to finish it up..
