ok, now that the Peddlers Faire is over,,, and thou I had fun and even made a bit of a profit,,, how I managed to not spend it on stuff there, is beyond me! lol!... it is time for me to get back to working on a few of my gazillion UFO's...
oh and I sold the little foot stool(photo above) for $20.00 I paid $1 for the foot stool, and have about $6 invested in it,,, paint, filler and fabric... It really looked cute! I almost hated to sell it... but now I have money to hunt for another one to upcycle... Doing the Happy Dance.

I finished two "Coveralls aprons" this last weekend. Think they turned out nice.
And cut out 4 apples (and strawberries) aprons out of a vintage tablecloth. One is my September Apple Festival apron, and the others will go into my booth on Oct. 10.

Thanks, Grace. It's hard to find overalls to use, especially cute ones like this.

This wasn't just finished - but what better day to show it.
I finished this quite a while ago. It is my 9-11 quilt. The blocks came from ladies on BlockCentral - a quilting forum that is no longer available. I hosted the swap and asked the people who signed up to make a block in remembrance of 9-11. At least one block came from Australia. One gal designed a block of the twin towers, with a tear falling from the eye of the Statue of Liberty. I have always loved that block - it is my favorite on the quilt. Another's son was in the army and she designed hers around an Army insignia. I have several blocks on it and one pattern was "Crown of Glory" and I used fabrics to make it look like the Status of Liberty's crown.

I bought this canvas bag this summer from Hobby Lobby, and I've been adding my badges to it as I've finished embroidering them. This actually was on my original UFO list! So I'm excited that I have a destination for my badges now!

Erin -- I love love love your totebag!!! I mean -- who doesn't need a nice big bag, and I have been pondering what to do with my badges.

Hay there, Mz Erin,
That's a super idea. I keep my MFG binder and projects in a bag. I just might have to follow your lead with the badges....great idea!!
