We lost our Dad on November 6th. He fought like a warrior to beat his battle with Valley Fever. I hurt so bad that I can hardly breathe. I always know that I can come "home" to MJF for comfort.

So sorry Sherone to hear of your loss. Deep grief is very painful. Breathe deep and slow when waves of sadness come. When I loss a family member I had the reaction of continuous tears flowing even though I wasn't crying out loud. I learned from my eye doctor our tear ducts are very close to our emotional nerve system, hence since I was so sad the tear ducts were triggered. Every time you are having pain acknowledge it and tell your heart you will get through this. I lost two friends to broken heart syndrome. During the process of deep grief keep also remembering how your dad is still with you integrated in who you are and with you in memory and spirit. I do not mean this note to take away from your heartbreak and loss, but only as some tips to try to keep the heart from spasms from the pain of loss. Valley Fever is more of a killer than people realize! We used to live in Modesto, CA where it was rampant. Now it is encroaching into Nevada also. Take care now dear sister. Annie

Sherone...I am so sorry for your loss...I lost both of my parents and it was so hard to go through...Try to trust in the Lord knowing that He knows how your heart and soul aches...God is there for you...and we are here for you also...
