Mr. Wonderful (aka Big Al) got his head stuck in the fence, again. He did this a few years ago, three times in one month, we finally put welded wire over the cattle panels and over time he has pushed some of that down, evidently enough to get his head through. I don't know what he was trying to do but at the very end of his pen, away from the barn, he stuck his head through and couldn't get back out. I was down there feeding for the evening lockup and he did not come for his cookies or evening grain. I kept looking down there and was wondering what he was doing, so I moseyed down there and lo and behold, stuck goat. After a few attempts to push him back through, I had to get the big bolt cutters (those heavy 3 foot long suckers) and cut some of the panel to get him out. Big Al looked at me, shook his head, and said "baa" and went to the barn to eat. I don't know how long he was stuck, I never heard him fussing and he is apparently no worse off for his little adventure. I just love life on the farm and all of my critters
