]Elizabeth is a farmsister that was on this site. Her son Jacob has cancer for several years. He just turned 8 and is on hospice now. We all sent them cards and gifts and quilts from blocks that several of us made and Diana pieced one together for Elizabeth and then made one of monkeys for Jacob. Please send them whatever you want and put them on all your prayer chains. Since her address is posted on Facebook I feel ok to post it here:

I will definitely send a prayer up for Jacob. She's only about an hour or so north of me, so I may send a card also.

Wow! Will definitely be praying! Does anyone know what Jacob is interested in? Is he bedridden or able to still get around and/or play? I want to try to get a care package ready, but want to make sure it is appropriate!

Have been praying for Jacob and his entire family for quite some time now and will continue to do so. They are one amazing family. Their faith and strength is to be admired and Lord knows we could all learn from them.
Thank you for asking for prayers for them Darlene.
Hugs,

I just found out that Jacob has left this earth to be with his Father in Heaven.

I am trying to be the person my dogs think I am.

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.
