I've read most books from both authors, all are wonderful. Wendell Berrys novels take you into another time and another speed. His agriculture books are so enlightening , my favorites are " The Unsettling of America", and "Bringing it to the Table". My favorite of Gene Logsdon is " Paradise", something like that, I've given away so many copies of it. I think you can read it from his website thecontraryfarmer.com .

Right here, right here! I'm a crazy Wendell Berry fan and have had the pleasure of hearing him speak on Mountain Top Removal and agriculture, as well as read his short stories. I love his stories, just love them.
