I agree CJ, and I will most certainly continue to pray- for everyones health, for the weather to cooperate, for our hostess Kathy and her family, for safe travels for all, finances to make it a reality, and of course the blessings we will all have being together!
Hugs,

Oh Cynthia, my condolences on the loss of your mother. I hope your time here in Idaho with your brothers goes well. Safe travels to you!

We are looking forward to the rest of you! And yes, pray for a nice, warm weekend. The beginning of June can be temperamental! So far, activites can include the Farmers Market, junking, going for walks, eating, sitting around a fire and getting to know one another. We have some cool little junktique shops here, as well. Any other suggestions?

Ed and I get up early on Sundays and attend the 7:00 Mass, but are home by 8:30. Ed does great personal omelets, but he may be out the door again to the softball tourney, so I can't promise you his omelets. Sorry!

I have been very busy with work, so I haven't had any time to get started on Chloe's renovation revamp. So, I hope I can get some suggestions from all/any of you while you are here. Many minds make great work! hahaha

Good to hear from you Kathy! I know you're busy!!! I think your ideas for activites are great ones and, as I recall, you're a great "tour guide" hostess!!!!

Welll-llll, tell Ed not to worry about omelets!!
It's been so danged cold and windy here this week . . . UGGHH!!!

Cynthia,
I apologize for not responding to your info about your mom! I'm so sorry! I'm glad you'll get some time with your brothers and trust it will be a blessed time!
Hopefully you'll find some farmgirls from the Boise area. I can't think of any right off the top of my head . . some around CDA.

Anyway, my mother-in-law passed away just this last Monday night so my hubby and our family are wrapped up in that. We will be going to Tucson for a family celebration/memorial gathering to honor her over Mothers Day weekend. She is the last of our parents to depart this earth. My mom has been gone for 19 years . . . but I sure miss her!
Sending farmgirl hugs!

CJ: Hugs to you during this time. You are so right, my parents have been gone for over 30 years and I still miss them.

Kathy-
Junking and thrifting sound like a ton of fun to me, as does sitting around the campfire- going for walks- its all GOOD!
I am just tickled pink to be heading out to Idaho and meeting up with fellow farmgirls!

I'm sure we can come up with some ideas for Chloe!
Hugs,

Thank you Kathy and CJ for your condolences. My mother actually passed on November 17th of last year and we had her cremated. I'm the furthest one away and due to holidays and work schedules it just seemed better to intern her ashes in the spring.

CJ, I'm so very sorry to hear about your mother-in-law I lost my dad 5 years ago next month so loosing my mom was the last connection I had with my parents. It's a weird and strange feeling knowing your parents are gone and realizing you're now the oldest generation in the family:/ I hope you have a healing and special time with your family. I will keep you in my prayers as you deal with your grief.

Sure would love to have as many farmgirls as possible join us! Speaking from experience of glamping with CJ, I can tell you that you will not be disappointed! We really do have so much fun just being together and enjoying one another's company.
Come on all you west coast gals! I'm heading over all the way from the East Coast for this glamping weekend.
Life is short and I intend to live it completely and have tons of fun doing so!
This is indeed a rare opportunity, so don't let it pass you by!
Hugs,

I was thinking about this yesterday...the time is getting closer! I am really quite done (mentally) with the school year and am ready to go play! Plus the triple digit days are starting to creep up on us which makes being outside not so fun...I'm looking forward to some summer days outside! I'm also thinking we need to include a dance party in our time together...just part of of the fun & sillyness together! Junking with Kathy is a good time! Good times are coming girls! So if anyone is a country/line dancer there is a great place called Big Als. I haven't frequented it, but my daughter Erin practically lives there when she is home. Or we can crank the stereo in Eds' shop and boogie it up. Right now, Mia and I are trying to learn the Fake ID line dance from the Footloose movie. Well, Mia knows it and I am trying to learn...

I would be up for booging in Ed's shop . . . that way the drinks are cheaper, none of us have to drive home and we can get as silly as we want. We need music for our apron and/or hat fashion show anyway.
I'm ready too!
Coming up soon!

Oh, how I wish I could join you gals!!!! I have glamping sickness really bad. Just bought a canopy to set up in the yard to glamp up so I can have a retreat of my own. We have a small camper, but will be putting it up for sale, we are looking for a motorhome so we can live in it on the road. Enjoy your glamping adventure and hope you have wonderful weather. I will be thinking of you all.
