Well, I am 'almost' done...finished... sort of...

Now to back it...bind it... and top stitch it... well the backing & binding will get done...but the top stitching will be done later... I want to have it (as ready as possible) to take to our Farm Chick Glamping trip..... 
I worked on the stitched squares over the Winter and added two more squares for fun...
I have a friend who's mother has one of those quilt stitchery machine and I am toying w/the idea of just paying her to do a simple machine top stitching on the completed quilt... It's only 42 x 50, so it isn't to big and shouldn't cost a fortune... I hope!

Oh my,, I am so excited... a most beautiful 'MJ Farm Girl~sister' has offered to top stitch my quilt for me...
She is a Gem and a life saver,,, and exemplifies the true meaning of a true 'Farm Girl'...

Oh I am 'sew' excited!
I maybe sitting around the Glampfire stitching the binding on,,, but I won't be spending a month on top stitching the quilt,,,which would probably end up in my UFO pile...

Waahooo! my quilt arrived to it's destination, Orofino, ID.... where it will be lovingly top stitched by our very own Diana.
Her quilts are absolutely beautiful,,,, and she does incredible work....
I feel good knowing someone as special and talented as she is lending her talents and love to my quilt...
My quilt is not mine,,, it is a combination of 3 wonderful women, the designer Cindy, the stitcher (me) and the finisher, Diana....
I can hardly wait to show it off around the campfire in 8 days!
until then, I'll find some mischief to get into...

Oh Diana, it did! I took it to work and showed it off to the ladies.... you got 2 thumbs up!
The daisies really made it look cute. Wait till Karen kpaints sees it!

Wow, that is really nice. The quilting does really set off the squares.
