05/22/13: The RSVP deadline has come and gone . . . BUT we are looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones. YAY!

05/16/13: Robin and I have come up with a memento, easy craft project for all who come, even if it's for a day, to take home.
"HANDS OF GLAMPER FRIENDS" . . . . that's all I'm gonna say about it!

Dear Farmgirl Sisters,
Plans are in the making for a "GLAMPER-IFIC GATHERING" in Northern Idaho. Right now just some basic information, with more specific details coming soon.
WHEN: JUNE 7th - JUNE 9th. Come on Friday the 7th, stay over until Sunday morning/midday, on the 9th
WHERE: Home of our own Kathy O'Hara . . aka "IdahoShamrock" . . in HAYDEN, ID, which is just a bit north-ish of Coeur d'Alene
Come one, come all farmgirls from Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Montana . . or wherever!
"Stay Tuned" for more details as they come!

Oh CJ, There you go again dangling the ole glamping carrot! This does sound fun for sure, but since I am already joining you and Robin in Arizona in March, I'll probably have to pass on this one.

Since I will be Glamping in Spokane on the River the weekend before... I might just have to see if the Hubby would mind Bachlore-ing it that weekend too! if not, I can drive over for the day,,, I am only about 45min from Hayden, ID.

lol! gotta laugh.... on one camping trip I forgot my bath towel and tooth brush.... aaack! fortunately one of my gal~pals had an extra (new)tooth brush & another an extra towel... that's what we sisters do,, we take care of each other.

Oh CJ, this looks like so much fun. Regrettably, I will either still be in PA or en route to my new home, so I will not be attending. I can't believe I am going to miss this too....grrrr....but, I wish all the Farm Girls getting together a wonderful, fun-filled, relaxing weekend. I will be with you in spirit:) Hugs, Erica

Sounds good to me! I am still stirring the pot on the back burner- airfare looks to be in the $550 range (ouch) into Spokane.
Honestly, I havent even mentioned the idea to my DH yet, waiting for the perfect moment to bring it up. Although I know that he would gladly have me go, its just that it involves him having to take time off from work to get the kids off to school etc.
We shall see. If it is meant to be it will be. Idaho is on my bucket list (staying at Mary Janes B&B) but I know she is not opening this year . If I could make this trip and perhaps, arrange to pay a visit to the farm just to "see it" in person....LOL.
One can dream- and I shall!
