What are you cooking today?

Friday nights are almost always "Mexican Night" for us. I set out a variety of items for everyone to make their own burritos, tacos, etc... I usually have to make over a quart of my salsa to last through the night. Plus, I use 6 avocadoes for guacamole.

One of the best compliments from one of my daughters: "Moma, you smell good...like dirt."

Today my little guy (7 y/o) and I are making a bacon and spinach quiche. He loves getting in there and helping out.

Nothing!!! My (good lookin') hubby does the majority of the cooking!

He does the cooking and I do the cleaning. I'd say he cooks a lot better than I clean.
