I found this small painting at a church rummage sale. It's not great art or anything, but there's something really sweet about the two of them.
My husband is not a fan so I can't hang it up on a wall anywhere (and honestly he's right, it's not really something that would go with the look of our house). I thought if I share it here, my little goosegirl might be appreciated. ;)
BTW, if any of you would like to give her a home I would gladly barter for something.

Wow, 100 years?! I've heard that about parrots. It must be strange to have a pet that's so much older and wiser than its owners. And I know geese can be good "watchdogs".
