I have Lyme Disease and am active assisting the national Lyme Disease United Coalition do research. I am posting one of the email I received the national organization. If you can assist in any way it would be greatly appreciated.
Donation for frequent flyers miles would be great.

POST BLOG CIRCULATE
Subject: Hope Lodge for Homeless Patients

Monetary donations are still very much needed for Hope Lodge, Gilman, WI. We also need donations of frequent flyer miles to transport Ld patients from various states to the lodge.

Today, I received a call from a Ld patient who had been thrown out of his house and is now living under a bridge in a southern state. We do not have funds to fly him to the lodge.

We desperately need additional monies to make this lodge viable, AS WELL AS FREQUENT FLYER MILES DONATED.

Monetary donations can be sent two ways:

Securely thru Pay Pal at our website: www.lduc.org (please earmark donation for Hope Lodge)
Or
Snail mail:
LDUC/Hope Lodge
PO Box 465
Boone IA 50036

Please email us at LymeInfo@lduc.org about Frequent Flyer Miles you would like to donate and please include your phone number in the email.

Thank you for caring,
