Been missing in action from MJF for a bit, working hard on the farm and writing stuff too. We now have two pigs, three goats (soon to be four), about 40 chickens, and will have a horse next week. Just did a huge repaint of the barns and corn crib...now working on repairing the woodshed. Planted a small field of corn, big garden...it's been exciting!

It's been amazing, Tracy. Such a blessing, and more learning going on than I would have ever guessed!

So true, Beth! My status on FB this morning was "Farmlife: when you sweat so much, you're already in your second outfit by 9 am."

Farm work is so satisfying . . . even with all the sweat, grim, splinters, blisters, etc.
Hang in there!
